I photographed Liz and Adam’s engagement session last year in Sandy Hook (Fort Hancock engagement session) and I knew right away that their wedding would be amazing! They are two of the sweetest people I have met, and they are so in love!
Their wedding day brought a lot of rain and wind, but they never once complained, and just went with it. The day started with Liz getting ready at her mom’s house, and everyone was laughing and having such great time! She had so many cute details for me to photograph, including a tea set filled with mini roses. Her bridesmaids wore these amazing dresses by Ted Baker..I was obsessed! They were so original and just went with their theme so well! Adam had a great bunch of groomsmen and really had a good time the morning of the wedding hanging with his boys!
After the church ceremony we headed to Adam’s parents house. It was pouring outside, and they had an amazing house with a huge porch..it was the perfect location for a rainy wedding day!
We took as many photos as we could outside, with many breaks to run in and warm up! Afterwards we headed inside the house where Adam played the grand piano for his beautiful wife, it was so sweet!
The newlyweds celebrate their love at the beautiful Channel Club in Monmouth Beach. Right before their entrance, it had stopped raining, so we took full advantage of that and ran outside for some quick pictures on the docks. There wasn’t much of a sunset since it was so overcast, but the wet docks made some great reflections in the images!
They had over 200 guests and the amazing Daddy Pop band played as the couple danced the night away with all their friends and family.
Liz and Adam are currently honeymooning in Thailand!! (I’m so jealous!)
